WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
This depends on the size of the project, however we are well know for our fast turn arounds. Our consultant will advise you of the time frame for your specific project before we start any work.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We incur significant costs as soon as we start a project therefore 50% of the total amount owing is payable before any work commences. The remaining 50% is payable once the website is live.
HOW MANY CHANGES CAN I MAKE TO YOUR INITIAL DESIGN DRAFT?
As many as you like. We want you to love the work we do. In order to to get the design concept you want from the off, we will discuss a detailed “brief “with you before we start. The more specific your instructions the easier it is to get to the design concept you want.
IS THE WEBSITE MINE ONCE IT'S GONE LIVE?
Yes, everything is yours once the project is completed. Everything from the domain name, hosting account and licenses are all in your name.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS ONCE THE WEBSITE HAS BEEN LAUNCHED??
No. Access to the website is free forever. Additonal costs can only be incurred if you want us to manage (update with content or products) your site for you or you want us to provide you with some of our other awesome web based services. IF I NEED TO UPDATE MY WEBSITE HOW DO I DO IT??
Our websites are built with you in mind. You don’t need to be a technical geek to update your website. Each page has a “drag and drop” editing function so updating is really easy. Your consultant will help you with a free “driving lesson” to show you how to do the things you want. You can also call our support team any time, they’re a friendly, helpful bunch.
